I have a 96 accord LX and i got a new header for it but the only thing is the exhaust system has 2 O2 sensors on it. One in the cat. and the other in the origional header. The new header i have has only one O2 sensor hole in it and that hole is near the cat not up towards the manifold. If you have an answer to this please help i am new to the import modification thing and not to sure on how it all works yet. I mainly work on old muscle cars that don't have all this electrical stuff on it.

Re: After Market Header Please Help!!
as long as the wires can reach w/out tension and the original 02 from your original manifold fits...you'll will be fine. just make sure the wires won't be touching the hedders once installed.

Re: After Market Header Please Help!!
the thing is the hole for the O2 sensor is up under the car on the new header, well that is where the O2 is in the cat the other O2 is on the top of the old header but there is no hole at the top of the new header for the sensor.

Re: After Market Header Please Help!!
that's a good question. i don't know if they have extensions....if so...you may want to ask the manufacturer of the hedders. they may be able to point you in the right direction. if not....just buy the same guage wires as the one on your o2....and cut it...leaving at least 3 inches to work w/ on the connector side. then solder in the extra length of wires you will need for it reach and heat shrink tube them. and make sure to guide them away from the hedders or anything else that could cut/damage the wire.
