Big Dilemma

my boy has a 92 civic with swirlies on it an he has two wheel locks on the back because he recently took the motor out of his car and is selling the shell...now he takes it to the shop and they realize they didnt have his wheel lock so they did the damn thing and chizzled it off...now hes giving the rims (back ones) to me and realizes that he cant find the wheel lock...now this has happened before on the gs-r sunflower rims and took a set of vice grips tightened it (took like 2-3 people) and basically had to force it aroudn the wheel lock and just kick the crap out of the vice grip swirlies have no room for this...theres no space to get the vice grips aroudn so were screwd

now the car has no motor, its sitting at his house no where near the shop and we HAVE to get these wheels off the car...my boy said he has this clay that he can use to kinda fabricate a wheel lock but before we do that i figured i'd ask you guys, dont wanna have to get to drilling but we will see what happens

P.S. - if you think im some kinda thief dont respond...i can understand what im asking may look shady but its not (and whos gonna go and formulate a wheel lock or sit outside with a drill for some rims there stealing)
