Ive changed my brake pads numerous times and it sucks because they tend to squeak still after 2 weeks? When I first bought my car... I heard a loud roaring type noise when I applied my foot on the brake and when I checked out my brake rotor... it was all types of screwed. The brake pad had deteriorated and metal was rubbing on metal???? I got my rotor "evened" out and put on new brake pads. 2 months have gone by.. and this past week Ive heard some squeaks and 1 roaring??? Ive yet to have checked it... but no worries I will tommorrow. But does anyone know why my car is doing this???

Ok
My friend had a similar problem at first he thought it was because he used cheap break pads . What you do is you take the break Disks' and you get them polished what they do is they use this special machine that kind of sands the disks and smoothens them out because they are uneven from use. So if getting your disks polished dosent help then i dont know. Btw if you take them out yourslef and go to any car shop that involves that stuff they will do it for about 5 dollars each.

Re: Help!
Did you use the little packet of "anit-squeel goo stuff" when you installed the pads??

I agree with Spyderturbo....When I change brakes I always spray some brake quiet on the back of the pads.....It works wonders.. Try and see what happens....

Re: Help!
I have heard that if your rotors have gotten to hot/been hard on the breaks that the rotors will get that way after a time and the only thing that you can do is replace the rotors. refinishing them wont help or only for a short time.
