chrome dress up kit
I'm putting a new 2.8l engine in my 1985 4x4 (manual transmission) s-10 blazer and would like to order one of the chrome dress up kits from JC Whitney. Does anyone know which one I specifically need? I am a little confused by the way they list them. Also, I thought about putting on some headers. Is this a good or a bad idea. As you can tell, this is all new to me.

Re: chrome dress up kit
im not sure which dressup kit is for your blazer, but when you call, you can ask one of there associates, tell them your exact vehicle and they will get you the right one

Personally I would put the Headers on it...just for the sake of adding some power...from what ive driven of the 2.8...it could use a little more...but of course i am use to driving a 4.3 or a full size chevy with a 350...
