ProStart remote starter 97 EL

Can anyone help me withe some installation info on how to install a remote starter in a 97 Acura 1.6EL? The installation guide is very vague, in the fact that there is only a schematicfor the unit itself. I need info on the vehicle.

you can go onto the prostart website www.prostart.org, and in the support section, there is a link for info regarding your vehicle, enter your serial number for your prostart, and it will let you select a 97 acura el, i am currently installing one into a 99 acura el, my reccomendations are to print the instructions off the website, its the only way your going to get this thing installed! ps, there are more than one of the same colour wires if your using the door and trunk unlock remote, so you will need to test for continuity, and for the alarm disarm wire, there are 2 blue wires in our car under the kick panel, you may need to connect the disarm wire to the blue wire coming directly out of the alarm, (i just used the wire for the glow plug to extend the wire from the harness so it would reach all the way to the alarm box (under drivers seat), hope that helps!
