Fender Flares

alright, i'm considering making fender flares right now because my brother being the dumbfuck he is, booted my driverside fender in, i can bang the dent out as good as possible but i dont think it will ever be 100% again so i was thinking if i make a set of fiberglass fenderflares would it look good? how would i make them etc...?? i will try and get a pic of the damage soon and yes... i am right pissed off, hes lucky N10s over with

Re: Fender Flares

first, kick his ass... LOL.
second, try to get the dent out so you have (maybe not 100%) but cleaner slate to work with.
third, let me know how you do it (I kind of bottomed out hardcore denting my driver side fender a few months ago -- ie. instant widebody styling)

btw - I noticed on those old Cressidas on that post from that dude who visited Japan that they had spot-riveted on fender flares and they rocked some deep dish rims, but not necessarily huge wheels, just wider. If you did some fender flares would you get bigger wheels like 17s so that they're tucked or just a little bigger but mostly wider??? I bet the handling would be schweeet...

feelz sells a wide body kit, if you were to get winds west sides and the feelz for the front it should look pretty good

well the whole goal here is to do something CUSTOM i like doing custom things, ie.. moulded rear bumper, shaved hatch and badboy style hood, those are the things where you can go, yea... i made that and thats my goal with the front lip i'm making and the fender flares i wanna do, i'm gonna pound the dent out tommorow most likely and then think of ideas on how to make flares, i dont want super huge ones... just wanna make the car look a bit wider, thats all
