replacing speakers
I replaced my speakers in my 91 cutlass supreme as well as added extra tweeters on the a pilar, to replace the speakers in the dash you need to take out the instrument panel as well as the defrost vent on the dash to get to the screws you have to take the A pilar covers off it also helps to remove the glove box lid. that just for the front 4" speakers
for the rear you have to undo the nuts on between the bottom of the seat and the back and remove the back, you also have to remove the trim that cover the rear deck carpet. you then need to pop the clips out and remove the rear deck carpet and then you can unscrew the pastic and replace the stockers for high quality speakers. I Hope this helps and good luck! |
