1996 Roush stage II
Hey guys, My pops bought a 96 Mustang Roush with 32k miles for $10,000 a few months ago. I went for a test drive and afterwads I was going through the glove box and noticed there was a Superchip in there. Does anybody here know how to install a Superchip??? I looked at Superchips.com and did a search on various forums with NO luck...Help!

I think it just plugs up into the computer, but I would take it to a shop and ask or have them do it. You will probably still have to dyno tune it. By the way, great car for a cheap price. My 96 Cobra cost 15.5K. Get some pics.

Hey Milk,
Well I ripped out the computer and plugged her in, It took a good 45 min because there were a lot of wires to move. Anyway, we took it for a test drive and noticed no real gains, but my old man said the car sounded quiter??? Maybe I'll call a local Stang shop nearby and see if they can tune it. Ill also post some pics next week when I go back to my parents house. Im tryin to convince him to buy a supercharger!!! Thanks for the reply! |
