Anti Theft on 96 Avalon

Believe it or not some idiot stole the tape deck out of my avalon. He cut the wires so I purchased a replacement kit and a new stereo. Now I have no power to the radio so I'm guessing this is due to the anti theft system. Can you reset the system some how for an aftermarket radio or am I going to have to bite the bullet and pay somebody to do it for me. It's been about 6months and I'm dying for some tunes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Phil

The anti-theft system should have nothing to do with your radio being cut or your radio at all, what I would do if you haven't is check all your fuses. 95% of the time when we put radios into cars that have had their radio stolen the fuse was the case and the other 5% was the head unit being bad.
