98 Jimmy brake light on and brakes go down to the floor

I know this happened to me before, but I can't remember what I did to fix it. I know my brother drove it with the park bark on, because that light is on and no matter what I do I can't shut it off. I think he drained all the brake fluid and now my brakes go down to the floor, there's no resistance when you step on it. It also takes awhile to come to a complete stop.
I can't remember what I did to fix this problem and yes I'm not letting him borrow it again. He did this last time to me, I guess it was too long ago for me to remember he did this before

Check your brake lines/calipers/wheel cylinders for a leak.

If you don't find a ton of brake fluid under the vehicle or in a wheel well, it could be that your master cylinder is leaking into your vacuum booster.
