'02 Z71 break problem

I have a 2002 Z71 and for some reason my breaks keeps squeaking. I have replace my brake pads already and it is still doing the same thing. The service dept thinks its my rotors but when stopping, the truck does not stutter. It actually breakes fairly smooth. At time when I'm driving, the car will be fine with no squeaks, but as soon as I make a sweeping turn, the noise starts. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
