Boston Races

I just moved from South Jersey (15 mins from Philadelphia) to Massachusetts. So I'm used to going to the races every Friday night. Out here the closest city is Boston. I've asked everyone and went from forum to forum. Does anyone in Boston know where the races are?

Good luck. I live just south of boston. During the summer you can find small crowds around and about. sometimes near goodtimes in Somerville, Castle island in boston. I've seen races just a few blocks from southshore hospital. I heard of a lot of races going down in lynn but i always get lost up there so i don't even attempt to go. Going tot he NH dragway is always a good time during the summer. U pay like 10$ and u can 1/4 mile all day. and i think every 3rd saturday they have import day (or whatever) Car show and Import only racing. You get to meet cool people from all over new england. Where in Ma did u move to?

i got family that live in amherst and i go there sometimes. its pretty boring up there. if you are looking for races definitely head up to the lynn,revere,everette area. usually on rt 1, rt16, or 101 in lynn. these locations are no longer than 5 mins from each other and if you are around these areas at the night on friday or saturday nights in the summer you will definitely see some action. just a month ago there were like at lesat 100 cars up in revere and lynn cause we had this meet going on and more and more people kept on coming.

how do they do it here? is it just a random road, or do they close off specific roads?

if you're ever in amherst send me an im and we could go up to the races. a bunch of kids here with decent cars (dodge stealth, 944 turbo, accord, 67' mustang) wanna all go up soon.

there is supposed to be al little meet tomorrow night(sat) at the stop and shop on rt16. sometimes its a random road and somtimes they go to secluded areas where nobody is at and they do it there.

hey man what up...theres races every saturday night...at like 10:30pm...11:30pm...in Revere...on like route one and Revere beach parkway there...they block off route one...its pretty sick...check it out sumtime...me and my crew Velocity Koncepts (www.velocitykoncepts.com) go there sumtimes....peace

dude that's awesome, but what's the street racing scene like up there? is it all 2 fast 2 furious cars that can't get out of the 17's? and are there alot of cops?

nah man this is the REAL DEAL....you got cars pushin high 13's low 14's...turbo's...and no cop trouble at all...however if you go...only go if yah gonna RaCe...not like they MAKE YOU...but if you do race...and win a big one....they are all about making a name for yourself down there and earning the respect....you win races...you get respect...REAL QUICK....check it out sumtime...if yah got boys with rides...roll down to the Revere each parkway races...on route 1 right around there....they are PHAT....no rice buckets either...all clean cars....all performance...no fast and furious crap

i don't care about respect, i just want good races and no cop trouble. philly is full of boyfriends with their mom's cars and no one knows how to drive. but yea i'll definately check it out when I go back to school in a few weeks.
