I want to kno what car is best at getting off the line.
What cars have the best acceleration? More torque = faster acceleration right?

Re: Getting off the line?
okay. You have opened a can of worms known as gear ratios. If you have enough torque to get your car rolling and have a higher final drive ratio than the car your comparing to, then you will get off of the line quicker. If you have a slow car (rwd) you can just put a quicker gear in the back and boom, your storming off of the line. It is a great way to improve (i hesitate to use this word) "performance" of your car without messing with the engine. I hope that i didn't stray to far from the question and was of some help.
