Question lifting a 2 door tahoe..

Well I'm thinking about buying a 2 door tahoe probably early to mid-90s.. i was wondering if anyone knew how much it would cost to add some high 30sumn inch tires and a 12inch suspension lift to it.. jus sum ballpark estimates.?
