'97 Sunfire GT + '97 Buick Regal

Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to place a Buick Regal's engine into a Sunfire. It's a 3800 3.8L Auto...I'm curious as to how compatible it would be, and I can't seem to find too much input from other sources on the subject.

My buddy got one of these @ his auto salvage last week so that's what sparked my interest in it.

A friend of mine just got his done with a 5-speed. it's not real compatable and there are many modifications to do. but fyi the getrag munchie 5 speed tranny out of newer sunfires does bolt up to the 3.8, with a custom flywheel of course. It is the most amazing conversion i've ever seen next to a 350 in a civic. But definately go with the supercharged version. If you have any questions i can find out the answers for ya.
