Supercharging D16z6 w/97,000 miles

I have a 95 civic ex with almost 97,000 miles on it and just saved up enough for a Jackson Racing supercharger.
I am concerned that with 97,000 miles it may not be a good idea to SC without a rebuild.
I am going SC instead of turbo because I autocross and this is my daily driver, and I don’t drag race. (Well duh stock D16z6) maybe some after.
What would you recommend?
Rebuild then SC or will I be ok for another 50k with supercharging?

It should be fine for at least another 50k miles if not more. Dont worry about rebuilding it just yet.
