the first thing i noticed was that your lines are kinda square. you also need to spend more time getting the right shapes and curves. you should sketch it first then trace your sketch and and do that maybe a couple of times until you feel it is good. then you can start to shade it.

Definately work on proportions; the lexus looks torqued and twisted. The RSX roof is really long.

Try out the grid method, or trace (I hate tracing) a bunch of images to get the feel for proportions.

I suggest that you try the box method. It will help alot with the proportions.
