Talking Whos gas prices are coming down????

Prices here in GA went up last week to about $1.94/gallon for regular unleaded and has been coming down. Today it is down to $1.66/gallon. I will be filling both cars up tommorrow. What happening to the gas prices in your area? Are they coming down or going up????

Re: Whos gas prices are coming down????

Geez, thats a 28 cent jump. Here in ocala florida the prices were going to 1.99 - 2.05 for regular, but they've gone down to about 1.90, 1.89 or so. The highest for regular here is about 1.95 (i filled up with 1.95 cuz i was running on E and was afraid i'd run out of gas, lol)

About a week ago for 87 it was $2.19 everywhere. Some place then came out with 87 for $1.97 and now its $1.93...needless to say, everywhere else is around $2.04-$2.10 now for 87.

Here in Western South Carolina the gas prices came down from 1.99 to 1.89 for 93 octane... only thing I use. I filled up two days ago (which I never do)...

you're wasting your money...i'm assuming you have the stock d16a6 engine, which runs best on 87-89 octane.

High octane fuel provides *NO* performance gain on normal passenger car engines unless a couple situations are met...

1. turbocharged
2. supercharged
3. nitrous
4. high compression (10:1 +)

Re: Whos gas prices are coming down????

Haha... "wasting money" My car loves it and as long as it gets me from point A to point B I'll keep paying the extra couple of cents a gallon... haha
