California Crackdown on Modified Cars
Hi guys, my fellow asians, I supposed? I have a link from my friend from school. It is an article about the government will fund $5,000,000 dollars to Sacramento in effort to crack down drivers with modified cars. After I've read it, I found it is very offensive, stupid, and somewhat very racial towards the Asian ethics.
