WHAT is a good deal on a slightly used 2001 M3?!

due to dealer markups...I am really lost on what I am supposed to pay a PRIVATE owner selling a 2001 M3...fully loaded?

I dont know if it should be 40,000 or 50,000 or what?

This is mainly a curosity question...THanks

55k-60k.... sorry but the demand is still to high on them to expect a private sale to be much less than a dealer sale.
