Any free stuff

Hey I have 96 civic ex and I have been having some problems with it I didin't buy it from a dealer I was just wondering if there were any recals on this car and mayeby bring it to a dealer and get some stuff fixed for free..

the only recalls i know about were the seat belts not retracting and the floor mats sliding under the drivers feet. both of which are a pain in the ass

I am not sure if you have read my post yet I had one on here. It's burning oil purty bad no smoke though just blows it out of my exhaust I guess my rear bumper is allways cover with black stuff that looks like oil. I know its not leaking. I added 3 quarts of oil throughout my last oil change and also when I changed my oil there was no oil in the filter. I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. Thats why I was hoping there was some recall of some sort. My girlfriends mom took hers civic to a shop a while back and they changed a bunch of stuff for her free do to recals but I am not sure what it was.

The seatbelts and floor mats were recalled? I had no idea. Those are two of the most annoying freakin' things about my car.
Is there an expiration to the recall? If so, I guess I probably missed it. How do you find out about stuff like that?

there's a recall on the exhaust manifold and cat for that year. I just had mine replaced for free. because the cat and manifold are one piece welded together, so due to a number of complaints from dealers and customers, Honda is replacing them for free -

Do I just take my car to a dealership and this will know what is recaled like the cat and manifold and other stuff like that. Once again I didin't buy my car from a dealer and I have never taken it to a dealer
