Angry blowing alternators and rad fan runs constantly

can any one help. Put a 94 motor in a 95 cavalier both 2.2l blew a head gasket in three days. Fixed that have blown two alternators in just under two weeks, you can hear it winding out very loud. It will not charge the battery. The rad fan also runs constantly as soon as i start it up and it does not matter if the a/c is running or not it starts regardless. Burnt up one fan already dont really want to blow another one. Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Would be great if anyone could let me know before i take this thing out and put it out of my misery!!!

Re: blowing alternators and rad fan runs constantly

Fan control side of coolant temp sensor shorted.
Fan relay stuck on.
A/C demand switch stuck or shorted. (or control switch in dashboard stuck or shorted).

I was you I'd take a couple hours and just start unplugging stuff (accessories) with it running until you find the thing that stops the whine.
Then fix that particular thing.
