RE:97 Blazer LED Tail light *#%@@!!!

Howdy, This is a pretty stupid problem. There are two screws that hold on the LED Tail light (on the roof). The light died so I attempted to replace it. No problem (I thought). First screw, no problem after a shot of PB. Tried the other screw, loosened slightly and then just spins. The head is fine, it's ethier the screw threads or the hole threads. I tried to pry up on it while unscrewing. No luck. Ended up having a garage replace it for me. That was six months ago. Now it's getting water inside. I went to remove the screws and guess what??? The same screw won't come out. Look like they never changed it! So, the seal is leaking.
Any one have any ideas??? Jim In MASS
