91 suspension

I just got a 91 integra rs, and I'm starting a few modifications.
The only prob with the car is it has a really bumpy ride, and I don't know what would help; replacing shocks, struts or springs, and what make.

Thanks a lot, I'd also appreciate any advice on other mods to add for performance.
