Cd Play Installation Trouble

I recently bought a 92 Nissan Pathfinder and there was only one thing wrong with it, the stereo was broken into. So i was going to replace the stereo with the one i already had i went out and bought a wiring harness and i know i got the colors matched up right and everything but i get absolutely no power at all. what could this possibly be? i know the cd player works fine. please help me!

Frist thing you need to check is to see if you have power going to the radio? Have you check the fuse for the radio?

If you dont have power and a good fuse try to run a direct line you may have a bad wire. If you do have power going to thru the line to the unit then check your gound..

Re: Cd Play Installation Trouble

check that the factory amps are also wired in correctly and that they both have good fuses. amps are located in the rear passenger cargo area behind the side panel. hopes this helps
