Left Turn Signal Rapid Blink

1999 Cherokee Sport w/47,000 miles.
My left turn signal blinks very rapidly when headlights and brake is on. Right turn OK. Does not do it if either headlights or brake is off. P.S. smelled a strange smell the 1st time this happened but not since.
I have had other problems within the last 2 weeks and will list them in case they are related.
1. Started with engine not shutting off for 10 -20 seconds after switch turned off. Fixed by replacing starter rely.
2. Left brake light out. Fixed by replacing bulb.
3. Left parking lights not working. Fixed by replacing blown fuse.
4. Utility trailer running lights not working. Fixed by replaceing bad trailer plug-in wiring kit. (Signal from parking lights not passing thru module to trailer.)
5. Now the turn signal problem. With the exception of the first problem, everything is happening on the left side.

Anyone have any sugestions?

Found the problem. Bent connector pin in the trailer light kit.
