I have a 91 Supra Turbo and i would like to rebuild my motor...Im wondering what pistions,rings,springs, etc ..Should i get dual titanium springs what are the best....

I also want to upgrade my turbo kit...What turbo kit should i get?I want to be street legal...The kits i've been looking into are Greddy and HKS...Are they any better kits?Whats the best to go with?My goal is to be around 10-11 sec 1/4mile...How much PSI would be good on my motor?

Whats the best way for me to rebuild my head?

What are some other things i need to look into that could give me a nice amount of HP?
