Dash Insert for Non-Console Cab

Ok, this is a hunting expedition.
I'm trying to find out if anyone has manufactured an insert to put into the blank spot created in the dash when GM pulled the cupholder out of the dash and put it on the floor in front of the split bench.
There is space behind that blank insert that GM put in there, I'm wondering if someone has created something to make use of that space.
I guess the other option may be to get half a console that uses that space as well as the floor space in front of the seat. But then I couldn't have someone sit in the middle when that occasion arises.
