CRX + Vortec = good idea??

I didnt know Vortec made a supercharger for the B16a till tonight..... gets me thinking..... what would the cost difference be in turbo vs. supercharging..... would a supercharger be any cheaper to run on my 91 CRX Si w/ b16a swap....??

superchargers are generally 800-1000 $$ less then the turbo for the same model, but it takes longer to get the power band, and it uses the engine to power it, instead of unused gases, plus you get more power from a turbo then an SC.

Superchargers are good for instant power but yea they do use motor power compared to a turbo which is gases. A supercharger is ok, but in the long run, a turbo would be much better.
