86 Toranado "electrical problem 23"

Hi all... great forums!!! I'm new here so please be gentle with me

I just bought an almost mint 86 Olds Toranado Trofeo but it has a bit of a problem. Can anyone tell me what "Electrical Problem 23" means when shown in the information center? The only things I see thus far that could be connected to this problem are, the odometer doesn't work, previous owner says the cruise control kicks out once in a while and the enviromental controls appear to be at a default of 24 celcius. I am assuming it is one of the computers that is messed up.

Does anyone know what that code means? I am kinda scared to know, anything computer related in these things can mean big bucks I hear. Maybe thats why I got it as cheap as I did.
