Problems with a 94 F150

OK here is the deal. After it rains just a tiny bit and some times when you start it the truck loses power and you have almost no acceleration at all and when you come to a stop sign it wants to die. eventually it will run like it should but you have to stand on it pretty good. IT was doing this problem for a while so in the last 2 months it had a tune up consisting of new wires, cap, rotor, plugs. Thought the problem was with the coolant temp sensor so replaced it, didn't solve the problem. Thought maybe it was dirty injectors and throttle body so ran some cleaner through them both and still didn't fix the problem. The truck also has an exhaust leak on the pass side manifold where it connects to the exhaust system and has a bad clock spring for the airbag. No codes are stored and no check engine light either. Anyone with some ideas on what it could be?!?!?!?!?! Please help

Sounds like a vacuum leak, maybe related to the brake booster.

But.... the possibilities are nearly endless for this type of concern.
