Here's another one for you
 http://gurus.onlinedesignschool.com/ Also if you can spare $40 or so...Adobe Photoshop 5.5 (or 6.0) Classroom In A Book is a good source for learning p-shop. It tells ya the basics and has step by step lessons in it. After you learn the basics then you play around with it to get even better. Best $$ I spent as far as p-shop goes Also check out www.guistuff.com .....there is a designer forum too. There are goodies for photoshop and other design programs too.
