Angry 94 lumina apv wipers grrrrrr

hi there i have a 94 lumina apv my front wipers are reall driving me nuts they will work one min and not the next i noticed if i hit a hard bump there either start or stop if i tap on the wiper arms or move them they will somtimes kick on and if i tap the motor they start it has to be a short but im wandering if i have to replace the motor and if i do are they hard to change thanks so much love my apv but damn

GM had several circuit boards (used on many of their vehicles like pick-ups and vans) that had cold solder connections. I fixed them once, but it seems that the boards had some type of contamination. This is just me talking though; I work for a circuit board manufacturer so I’m familiar with them. The easiest thing to do is to replace the circuit board, which controls the wipers. They cost $35 at Full Service Auto Parts and it takes only ten minutes to replace.
