Question Rear knocking

97 Tbird has had a loud knocking coming from the area of the rear driver side wheel. Ever since it was new. It happens usually at highway speeds or sometimes when turning left. Dealer could never find anything causing it, and I have checked everything i can think of. Wheel bearings, loose cables, brakes, suspension. Has anyone else ever had this?

Re: Rear knocking

np, that's probably what it is, normaly if you hear a knocking in a independant suspension car, that means the CV joints are goin' bad or have already gone bad

The odd thing is, this noise has been there ever since we got the car brand new 7 years ago. No problem has occurred due to the noise though.
