95 millenia supercharger

Does anyone know how hard it is to replace the supercharger on a 95 millenia?
Do these often go bad??

it is a pain in the ass.
i have a 98 im selling parts i just smashed the front and rear but motor and int and doors are in good shape. please get back to me

What is the mileage on your Millenia? I'm interested in a supercharger if it's a 2.3 engine.
