Unhappy 2000 Tahoe window won't go down

I just started my 2000 Tahoe and the driver's side window suddenly won't go down (it's in the up position). I think what might have caused it is I absentmindedly hit the window-down button while trying to start the car, and I think I heard a click and now the driver's side window doesnt go up or down. It doesn't make any sounds either - no clicks or hums, or motor sounds. But all other 3 windows operate fine.

I drove a 74 Nova for 10 years and now just bought this Tahoe, so I'm pretty new to new cars and don't have a clue what is causing this window problem... any ideas?

Thanks.

If you are carefull, you can pull up on the front of the switch plate By the speaker grill (if there is one) and check the wiring plug under it.
