my 95 maxima is fucked, how much will all this cost

ok, so my gearbox is gone, i think, sometimes, recently a lot, its been imposible to get the shifter into 1st or 2nd gear, and then it diapears, and today my car started leaking, and i think it was the gear box, also my clutch is burnt i think, it feels very weird, and say im in 1st gear and at like 2-3 rmps, theres like a slow crank noise, and 2nd gear a little too, have to fuckin clue what that is, add to that, my coils are fucked, when my car is on, but not moving, it shakes, fuckin like 100 for each, and u gotta change all 6.... and my fuckin starter, i think, it used to be on and off, i would try to start my car, and with a strugle, it would always turn on, now, it strugles so bad every time, but it still turns on, it could be my startet, no fuckin clue, how much is all this shit gonna cost, plus my ac dont work casue theres a hole in the piping, and i need them to find it and seal it... and if i get a new clutch, i need a short shifter, this stock BS is nonsense, i hear B&M is the only good 1, recomendations, and help would be apriciated, thanks
