306 xsi electric windows

Have any of you ( or your mates ) had problems with the electric window mechanism in the 306? After I have a new one fitted the window now regulary falls in to the door when wound all the way down. I know it is because the glass has enough play to force its self off the nylon plug on the electric mechanism but cannot find a lasting way to stop this. If you have any ideas I would be gratefull because it is starting to drive me mad.

Cheers
