1996 dodge ram 1500 fuel pressure

Im working on a 1996 dodge ram and i think the fuel regulator is bad and i need to know what the fuel pressure is supposed to be can any one help me

The fuel pump is in the tank. Before you start replacing all this...you might try making sure you have a good ground to the chassis.
