question
ok ive read all the swapping things you guys have on the civics......i was wondering though. i tried to look at my 1998 4d civic lx and i found numbers but its a little shady cause of dirt and everything ... i think it says ^16y7 and over it it says HA sp i was wondering which engine this was and wat i can do to it. along the lines of switching heads or sumthing like that .... i no this question maybe be a little out there but this forum is huge and it would take a LONG time to look through everything so say wat you want bout me idc just plz help me with my situation. thx in advance for your guyses hlp.

it's a D16y7. You could switch to a d16y8 vtec head, probably br your best bet for a head swap because it's within the same obd range.
