dohc engine in SOHC SL?
I dont have any experience with saturns, so this may seem quite stupid to you...
im curious if there are many/any difficulties in swapping a dohc engine into an sohc '95 saturn. Of course it also prob depends on what year dohc engine. yeah yeah, anything can be swapped, but is it a direct drop in? Do the mounts line up? does anyone have a website with compatibilities? anyone already done this? i received a 95 sohc saturn recently and it needs a rebuild BAD, but id rather spend money on a dohc. |

DOHC and SOHC blocks are identical, most people just swap the head and PCM, but if you need a rebuild, a junkyard swap may be a better idea.
