Just curious of all the other drivers out there. How fast have you actually driven in your G20/Primera? The fastest I've gone was around 125.
I'm not sure if my car cut off, or if I was just too scared to go any faster. |

110Mph/185km was fast enough for me. Started to feel a bit to loose after that.

when driving back from ohio to new jersey i was on a highway in pennsylvania racing a honda accord for about 10 minutes straight... gas completely floored and it wouldnt push over 125mph.. guess thats the limit (ecu)... we kept up the same pace and then both decided to quit since there were some 18 wheelers up ahead... it was a draw =)
it was a mid-90's 4 cylinder accord, if you're wondering... |

Unoffically (*ahem* officer
) I think I got up to about 180kmph the only time I tried. I ran out of balls at that point, really nervous about getting caught going that fast on public streets. |

190km/h on a narrow, rather twisty, and a bad road. But I had to try. Or my spedo is 100 km off (that's my official story
)

I'm a little drunk right now ..thats my excuse for posting these numbers.
Hwy 401 to Montreal ..hit 195km/hr regularly during some straight stretches. Feel like the car can do more ..but trust me ...cars come up very very fast ..need to drive at that speed more often to get used to handle traffic, if you don't know how ..don't try it ..because its like the arcade ..bump screech ....except ..your car won't look pretty.

I cruised a 100 mile stretch of interstate at 128mph.
When there were slight inclines, it dropped to about 125 mph, and on slight declines, accelerated to 135mph. The car felt extremely stable at those speeds too, like it was made for the autobahn. This was in a 1993 G20 5 speed stock. Good thing there were no cops on that stretch of interstate, and I saw some there several times after that.And I'm drunk at the moment. Wait...I'm 20.... ![]() My speedometer must have been messed up. ![]() Disclaimer: Don't try this without at least H-rated tires. |

This past fall I went out to AZ to live through a few months. On my way down I-17 I got into some sort of race with a recent model Supra, an older Corvette, and a 3000GT. The main section of I-17 before Phoenix is a downhill mountain-like area. When I stopped off at a gas station on Bell Rd. in Phoenix I saw the Supra driver and I went to talk with him for a minute. He said he was suprised that my "little Nissan" could keep up with him at 145. The only mods I've done to the car have been an ECU reprogram (eliminated the governor, opened the revs) and a cone filter, and we were generally sloped down rather than level, but according to his spedometer we were at a constant 145mph for a minute or two. As you all probably know, the best we can read in our cars is 130mph. On level ground I can max the spedometer fairly quickly. About a month ago when a few of us were coming back from Toronto we kept at 130 and were still accelerating (but again we couldn't read it above 130mph).
