selling or parting out red '88 hatch

I've got an '88 200sx SE V6 with the VG30E motor. The engine has 175,000 miles on it, but it runs well. I either want to sell the whole car or part it out. I'm only 17, so some of the really complicated stuff I won't be able to take off. There is a reasonable amount of body damage and random things from the interior are missing. This would be a good project car.

The following parts are damaged or missing:
Both front 1/4 panels
Right rear 1/4 panel
Front bumper
Spoiler
Right taillight
Headlight motors
Hood is bent slightly
Rear bumper sags, but could probably be fixed

The only rust that I know of is on the right rear 1/4 panel, a small spot around where the radio antenna comes out, and a small spot on the gas cover. There is a new-looking cat back exhaust on it (it was on it when I bought the 200sx and I can't tell what brand it is, but it looks and sounds nice. $300 obo. If I can't sell it soon, I'll part it out, so just give me an offer. I also have a pair of nice '84 taillights (I'm not sure if the bulbs are good.
