Low end

quick question. is Low end is refered to how fast a car goes (acceleration) off the line and is high end is how fast a car goes once rpm's are built?

Low end is less than 3000rpm, high end is higher than 3000rpm

what are some mods that will increase low end?

Its a sad fact, well not really sad, but a fact that most Honda engines, or the ones thatll fit in our cars anyways, are high revving engines, u have to push them in those high RPMs to get the power... I rather like revving my engine too get the power, love the sound of a revving Honda for some reason...

I think the best thing u can do, if u want alot of low end, is swap your engine for an LS Integra engine... Or maybe just the block, and swap a Vtec head on it... That way u have the best of both worlds, alot of low end from the LS block, and the higher revving Vtec head...

superchargers and turbo's dont do much good for low end, granted superchargers do more than turbo's at low rpms, but do significantly more at high end.
