What Type Of Oil

hi guys i just got a 99 silverado 2500 6.0 it has 90000 on it but i never got the owners manual just wondering if i can put moble1 synthetic oil in and what grade of oil 10-30? also how much oil does it hold with a filter change seems like a stupid question but i love this truck and want to do all the right things to keep it around for awhile thanks CHROME
