Another Manifold Question and Search

Hello Again,
I have 1 question which is does a federal emmisions exhaust manifold boly up exatly to a california emmisions front pipe as a replacement? Due to the breakage in my front cat, i need a new or used manifold and that is what i have been looking for, for the past 3-4 months without any success. The california emmissions manifold is $296.33 from the dealer and i didnt get any prices on a federal emmision model. My car is a 96 SC 2. If anyone has the answer to my question and knows where to find a manifold that will work on my car for a lot less than $300, I would greatly appreciate it.

any junkyard or ebay will be less then $300, i don't know if the 91/92 manifold will pass cali emmissions, but the rest should bolt up.
