Question HELP!!!! 2001 Jimmy wont stay running

About a month ago the check engine light came on and we got an OBDII code of p0410 (secondary air malfunction). About 2 days after the light came on the motor started sputtering and stalled while i was driving. we have replace the air pump and the relay and a check valve that controls the vaccum and stuff. since all this the light still comes on and still stalls and sputters we noticed that it was getting hot and changed the thermostat. everything seemed fine until I drove it and it did the same thing to me again...any one know what the problem could be????help please.. I miss driving it!!!!
