2000 Grand Caravan V6 3.3L Won't Idle Sputtering

Was registered last year but Micro Soft locked me out of that Email address. (long story). So here I am back with a new username registered again and yes, with a problem. 😎❓

This old reliable mini van usually starts instantly when starter engages. Today it took some time and sounded strange. Seemed to have drawn dampness maybe but after warming it up it still would not idle and needed 1500 RPM to smooth out some.

I'm no longer a DIY guy as getting old and given lot's of tools away but do know a guy who may be able to fix it. Yet I'm curious the engine light did come on finally but wasn't on earlier when engine was cold or warming. Is there a list of possibilities that this could be associated with engine light perhaps?
