99 silverado ABS and random brake warning light

Hello from Vancouver Island, Canada

My '99 Silverado 4x4 has the ABS light on constantly with the red parking brake and brake warning light, flashing intermittently, GM dealer came up with codes, CO267 & CO268 and says I need a new EBCM $$$$$. I've done a search on this (freakin' fantastic) site , but I'm still a little confused whether it could be loose wiring (fingers crossed)

Can a good jobber mechanic deal with this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Cheers
MNG

co267,268 pump motor circuit open/shorted
if they tested the ebcm and it is not actuating the motor then you need a new one. a jobber can replace it if he has the proper scan tool to reprogram the tire size.
