Street Racing Syndicate

What do you guys think about SRS? It comes out today and looks like it might be pretty good. Better then NFSU maybe.

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

i've been waiting for it to come out for a while now and by what i've seen on the internet, it hasn't gotten the greatest of ratings. the top rating a saw for it was like 7something and that's from ign. so i think i'm just going to rent it first just to check it out before i spend 50 on it.

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

Ya i think it is going to be a lot like tokyo extreme racer but with better grafics and the free mode. I heard the speed isnt great once you get used to it but that isnt a problem. I think that it is cool because it is really realistic so kids wont get the whole fake idea of stuff like how fast and the furious did. I will rent it also before i buy it.

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

looks just like nfsu, rice, rice, more rice, and a little more rice, these games just give kids bad images of street racing culture, and the cars look ugly

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

Ya i agree with gigglesnirt. I hate how kids these day go "i am going to put nos in my car!" or the good ol' "That car looks like it was in fast and the furious" lol. I always try to explain to people the difference between rice and import tuning. They always get it screwed up. I hate how nfsu made it so the the nos acted like warp speed. I wish there would be a realistic version of this stuff. Like how it is in the real world. Where you can blow your motor with out the right modifications to it or where you can over reeve the engine. That is what we need. and all the kids out there who say and belive in all the rice crap should be slapped. anyways i dont think this game will be like that. i have a feeling it will be more realistic than nfsu (how could it not).

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

most realistic game i've seen was called street legal racing, and it sucked, when it was released the game ran like they never finished it, but you had damage, and you had to pay for wrecks, and you could destroy your engine.

compare to others game , it may not be the best . But the style and game mode is something diffrent !

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

I've been anticipating for this game to come out for a while and quite frankly i'm disappointed. I mean theres not that wide selection of cars and whats up with the no hondas. couldn't they get persmission from them to get hondas. I llike the whole thing of the never done before pink slips thing but besides that it doesn't have anything new to offer. if it came out like when NFSU came out then i think it would have been better.

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

Honda didn’t want to be in the game because of the running from the cops thing. I would much rather have cops and damage though then Hondas anyways. And what do you mean small car selection? Theres like 50 cars, that’s not a lot compared to some games like GT, but its more then most. If you liked NFSU and other street racing games. You will like SRS. I heard the cars handle more realistic... I mean it is suppose to be a simulator. I heard through the grape vine though that their body mods are limited and so are the mod parts. I mean you can still have a 900hp supra but from what I heard you do it with only a few parts. I guess I will have to wait and see when I get the game today. I will tell you guys what I think, car list, mod list, and such.

After few hour of game paly , i like to point out the weakness point .

The engine sound dosen't sound realistic (especially when the car doesn't mod well ) after i did pump up hPower about 495 for the impreza . finally it sound little bit more like a "Street mod " engine .

2. the Rev meter is suck ! only 7000rpm and no red line area !
the SRS chick is OK . but I really don't like the "AUTO save mode . it suck ass !

3. all the control button take pressure then you really need to press the button harder , it feels like a delay and you need to press few time to make sure you really pressing it

just a note its not the first to have the bettin pink slips thing, nfs high stakes was probably the first, then you could bet pink slips in street legal racing too, sure there's one more but i cant think of it.

Re: Street Racing Syndicate

This game is a lot better than NFSU was. Most people say they dont like it but thats because they were expecting the same exact thing as NFSU and they didnt want any change. Overall this game gets a 9/10.

I only just started playing. (Got game last night) I really like it. Its much better then NFSU. The cars handle realistically and you have a clutch! I thought the car sounds where all right... better then NFSU at least. Only thing I don’t like far is you can’t customize your cars looks as much as you could in NFSU. As far as the button thing... what are you talking about? Im playing it on Xbox so maybe that’s why.

Well skylines arnt god. And those people may just be better drives.

Well the impreza only gos up to 7000rpm's in real life. If you change cars the rpm's will change depending on the car. And my car has a red line area?
